Joanna Gray

Joanna Gray is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global services and solutions architecture. Since June 2014, Joanna has held various leadership positions at Zuora, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Services, where responsibilities include managing a team of architects and overseeing project allocations. Prior to Zuora, Joanna worked at NetCracker as a Senior Business Analyst, contributing to customer solutions, and held multiple roles at Convergys, including Product Manager and Solutions Consultant. Joanna's career began at Nortel as a Graduate Support Engineer, followed by a progression through various technical and management roles in companies such as Morgan Stanley and Ceon Corporation. Joanna possesses a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from De Montfort University.
