Jonathan Brown is a professional with experience in various roles ranging from consultant at IBM to Senior Program Management Consultant at Ernst & Young. Jonathan currently holds the position of Head of Market & Customer Intelligence at Zuora, where Jonathan is responsible for competitor battlecard development & maintenance, among other duties. Prior to this, Jonathan has also held positions such as Senior Director of Customer Data Insights and Senior Director of Customer Strategy & Value Realization at Zuora. Additionally, Jonathan has experience working at Findly as a Pre-Sales Engineer and Senior Delivery Consultant. Jonathan is a graduate of Clarkson University with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management.
