Ken Q. has a diverse work experience history. Ken started their career in 2004 at Boston Financial Data Services as an Account Services II, where they worked closely with brokers and clients to meet their requests. In 2006, they joined Matthew Ferrara & Co as a Helpdesk Technician, actively participating in reviewing support material for customer distribution. From 2008 to 2012, Ken worked at Allegiance Hospice Group, Inc./SolAmor Hospice as an IT Support, providing support to over 100+ local and mobile users and assisting in the implementation and rollout of Project CellTrak.
