Lucia N. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Lucia started their career in 2011 as an Accounts Assistant and Credit Controller at DiSotto Foods, where they handled tasks such as opening new accounts, reviewing credit terms, and chasing overdue accounts. In 2012, they joined SiteMinder as an Accounts Receivable Analyst and later became the Billing and Collections Team Leader for EMEA. In these roles, they managed a team, ensured a positive billing experience for customers, and supported finance strategic initiatives. Lucia 'smost recent role was at Zuora, where they initially worked as a Deal Desk Analyst (EMEA), responsible for driving the quote-to-order process and acting as a liaison between sales and key partners. Lucia then transitioned to a Sales Operations Analyst position and eventually became the Deal Desk Lead for EMEA in November 2021.
