Michael Katzman

Michael Katzman has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career in 2010 as a Junior Analyst at Cronheim Mortgage Corp. In 2011, they worked as an Intern at PwC and also served as a Teaching Assistant at Vanderbilt University.

In 2012, Michael had multiple roles, including working as a Consultant at Accelerator | Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management and as a Treasury Department Intern at Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation (CFSC), where they gained experience in finance and project management.

From 2013 to 2017, Michael worked at Manhattan Associates, starting as a Consultant and then promoted to Senior Consultant. Michael played a significant role as a Project Lead for Nike's largest distribution center worldwide, designing functional architecture for warehouses in North America, Europe, and China.

In 2017, Michael joined Zuora as a Project Manager Level I, managing a multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation project and consulting on enterprise architectures. Michael later transitioned to the role of Project Manager Level II, delivering implementations and designing strategic solutions for clients across various industries.

At Zuora, Michael also served as a Senior Customer Success Manager, managing a regional portfolio of clients and developing executive relationships to improve product adoption and customer satisfaction.

In 2020, Michael joined Columbia Business School as a Course Leader, where they were the primary point of contact for CBS Alumni, guiding them in building foundational insights in business analytics.

Currently, Michael is working at Zuora as the Chief of Staff for North America Sales, a role they started in February 2021.

Michael Katzman attended Vanderbilt University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Leadership, Corporate Strategy, & Financial Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in Columbia Business School from 2019 to 2021 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. During their time at Columbia, they focused on Technology, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. In addition to their formal education, Michael Katzman also obtained certifications in "Filling the Funnel" from JB Sales Training in April 2021 and "Zuora-Certified Business Analyst" from Zuora in August 2019.
