Nigel Cox

Nigel Cox has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nigel began their career as an Engineer at GEC Avionics Ltd. in 1991. Nigel then worked as a Consultant at Wootton Jeffreys Consultants Ltd. from 1992 to 1995, where they developed traffic detection systems and traffic information systems.

From 1995 to 1997, they worked at Schuh & Co. GmbH as a Senior Engineer, where they designed and developed a Parking Guidance System and managed the deployment of a video-based traffic detection system.

In 1997, Nigel joined CMG Deutschland GmbH as a Senior Consultant. Nigel led a team in the analysis and specification of a fault-tolerant system and subsequently served as a Project Manager and Architect for control software development. Nigel also oversaw the rollout of a signal intelligence system to a customer in Brazil.

From 2000 to 2002, Nigel worked as a Project Consultant at Lucent Technologies Network Systems GmbH. During this time, they focused on technical solutions for Kenan Billing Systems and was responsible for specification, development, and troubleshooting.

In 2002, Nigel joined CSG Germany GmbH as a Senior Project Consultant. Nigel worked on delivering billing system technical solutions and managing software upgrade projects across Europe.

From 2006 to 2015, Nigel worked at Comverse Germany GmbH as a Project Manager. Nigel'sresponsibilities included project implementation, software delivery, migration, and performance. Nigel specialized in billing and financials, payments, interfacing, and database and middleware performance.

Since 2015, Nigel has been with AMDOCS Software GmbH. Nigel initially joined as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for delivering billing and financial upgrades and CRM integration support. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Solutions Architect, focusing on designing solutions for the company's clients.

Most recently, Nigel joined Zuora in 2022 as a Solution Architect.

Nigel Cox obtained their MBA in Finance and Knowledge from The Open University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their BSc (Hons) in Computer Science at the University of Wolverhampton from 1986 to 1991. Nigel also holds a certification as a Zuora Billing Certified Analyst, which they obtained from Zuora University in November 2022.
