Palak Gupta

Palak Gupta has a diverse work experience in the field of business systems analysis and solutions architecture. Palak started their career at Schneider Electric as a Technical Analyst, where they worked from July 2011 to January 2015. Palak then took on the role of Senior Technical Analyst at Schneider Electric from April 2014 to January 2015. In 2016, Palak joined Smart Utility Systems as a Business Analyst for a brief period of five months. Palak then moved to Odoo, where they worked as a Sr. Business System Analyst/Functional Consultant from May 2016 to May 2019. Currently, Palak is employed at Zuora as a Solutions Architect, starting from May 2019. Throughout their career, Palak has demonstrated proficiency in analyzing customer needs, implementing systems, and providing functional consulting services to clients from various industries.
