Prachi Bhatia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Product Manager at Zuora starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Genpact from December 2018 to September 2021.

Prachi Bhatia completed their High School and Intermediate education at Bishop Conrad Senior Secondary in Bareilly, where they studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Hindi, and English. Prachi then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Panjab University. Afterward, they obtained a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from IIMS Lucknow University.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Prachi Bhatia has acquired several certifications. Prachi became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) through Salesforce in November 2020. Prachi also holds certifications in Scrum, including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in December 2019, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in January 2019, and Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from Scrum Alliance in December 2020.
