Prachi Bhatia

Prachi Bhatia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Product Manager at Zuora starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Genpact from December 2018 to September 2021.

Before transitioning into product management, Prachi worked as a Project Coordinator and Salesforce Administrator at Electro Mechanical Enterprises International (EMEI) from July 2014 to November 2018. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating with various business teams, documenting requirements, hosting meetings, managing user acceptance testing, and providing feedback for small to medium implementations.

Prachi also has experience working at Birmingham City University as an Allocations Assistant from May 2011 to November 2013. In this role, they liaised with various departments and vendors for implementing software, monitored workflows, and led a team for configuring core products.

Earlier in their career, Prachi worked at Tesco Stores Ltd as a Team Leader from September 2009 to April 2011. Their responsibilities included providing technical support, managing staffing, and generating reports for reconciliation.

Prachi began their professional journey as a Retail Executive at Adidas India Marketing Private Limited from March 2006 to October 2007.

Prachi Bhatia completed their High School and Intermediate education at Bishop Conrad Senior Secondary in Bareilly, where they studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Hindi, and English. Prachi then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Panjab University. Afterward, they obtained a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from IIMS Lucknow University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Prachi Bhatia has acquired several certifications. Prachi became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) through Salesforce in November 2020. Prachi also holds certifications in Scrum, including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in December 2019, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in January 2019, and Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from Scrum Alliance in December 2020.
