Pranav Dave

Pranav Dave began their work experience as a Senior Network Security Engineer at HCL Technologies in 2014. In this role, they assisted Bombardier Rail transportation division in the maintenance and migration of their Network security infrastructure. Pranav worked on tasks such as site migration change requirements on firewalls, troubleshooting issues, implementing new product features, and performing continuous hardening. In 2017, they joined Capgemini Engineering as a Security Consultant and later as a Security Engineer. In these roles, they worked with Cisco high-value customers, providing consultation on design, implementation, migration, threat modeling, and mitigation. Pranav also worked with Cisco enterprise customers, troubleshooting their deployments and serving as an escalation point for high-impact cases. In 2022, Pranav joined OLX as a Cloud Engineer. Pranav actively contributed to multiple projects involving the assessment, design, and implementation of innovative solutions for the organization's transition to cloud-based infrastructure. Pranav'sresponsibilities included embracing modern principles such as infrastructure as code, a least privilege model, modular deployments, multi-regional resilience, and automation. Currently, Pranav is working as a Senior Security Engineer at Zuora, starting in 2023.

Pranav Dave's education history begins with their enrollment at Ryan International School from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued a Senior School degree with a focus on General Sciences. Following this, they attended Lingaya's Vidyapeeth from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Pranav has obtained several certifications. In February 2017, they achieved the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco. In March 2019, they further enhanced their expertise with the Cisco Certified Specialist - Security Core certification. Pranav's dedication to expanding their knowledge in the field of cybersecurity is evident through their achievement of the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Security (CCIE Security) certification from Cisco in May 2019. Most recently, in November 2021, they obtained the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification from Offensive Security, repeating their success with this certification from the same institution.
