Ramachandran V

Ramachandran V has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and management. Ramachandran is currently working as a Senior Talent Partner at Zuora. Prior to this, Ramachandran worked at Nokia as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where they handled recruitment for R&D groups and built partnerships with business leaders. Before Nokia, they were a Manager Talent Management at ITC Infotech, where they catered to recruitment needs for Engineering Services and PLM business units. Ramachandran also gained experience at Fujitsu as a Manager in the Talent Acquisition Group, leading recruitment and resourcing for the Infrastructure Management Services business unit. Ramachandran started their career at iGATE as an Assistant Manager in Recruitment, focusing on the product and engineering services business vertical. Earlier, they worked at Datamatics as an Executive in HRD, conducting interviews and managing recruitment databases.

Ramachandran V completed their Bachelor's of Management Studies (BMS) degree in HRD and Marketing from the University of Mumbai between 2002 and 2005. In 2016, they obtained a certification in PPA from Thomas International.
