Rene Cirulli

Rene Cirulli has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Rene currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Global Talent at Zuora, where they have been since 2011. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Talent at Zuora, driving recruitment initiatives and contributing to the company's growth. Before joining Zuora, Rene served as the VP of Worldwide Recruiting at Webroot from 2005 to 2011. During their time there, they transformed the company by hiring over 600 employees globally and implementing innovative recruiting programs. Rene's experience also includes their role as VP of Worldwide Recruiting at International Network Services from 1994 to 1999, where they played a key role in building the organization's professional services and sales teams. Earlier in their career, they served as the National Recruitment Manager at Unisys, where they were responsible for recruiting sales and leadership talent and contributing to the company's business turnaround.
