Smit Khatri

Smit Khatri began their work experience as a Teaching Assistant at SUNY New Paltz in 2016, where they graded assignments and quizzes for a digital logic fundamentals course and served as a lab instructor. In 2017, they worked as an Assistant Organizer for the Google Developer Group, assisting with organizing meetups and managing a Slack channel. They also worked as a Media Operator at SUNY New Paltz during this time, providing media support, configuring and monitoring media devices, and offering videoconferencing facilities and services.

Starting in 2018, Smit Khatri joined PayPal as a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer. In this role, they maintained the availability and stability of PayPal's environment, utilizing various monitoring and alerting tools and participating in 24/7 DevOps/Site Reliability rotations and incident management. They joined Zuora in 2022 as a Site Reliability Engineer. No end date is provided for this position.

Smit Khatri completed a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from SUNY New Paltz in the years 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, Smit obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Vishwakarma Government Engineering College from 2011 to 2015.
