Viktor Vajda

Principal Technical Support Engineer at Zuora

Viktor Vajda has extensive experience in technical support and application troubleshooting. Viktor started their career at EDS Hungary in 2003 as a Call Center Agent and later became a Voice & Data Support Technician. In 2006, Viktor joined Vodafone Hungary as an IT Application Support Specialist, where they worked until 2012. Viktor then moved to Cerillion Technologies and worked as a Support Analyst until 2014. Since 2014, Viktor has been with Zuora, starting as a Senior Application Support Engineer and later being promoted to a Principal Technical Support Engineer. In these roles, they have been responsible for providing advanced support for Zuora's subscription billing platform, troubleshooting payment gateway integrations, investigating platform performance incidents, and triaging and escalating cases. Viktor has also had mentoring responsibilities and has contributed to the Zuora Community.

Viktor Vajda earned a certificate in Computer & Information Sciences from Eötvös Loránd University from 2003 to 2004.
