Alessandra Mendes

Alessandra Mendes is a Design Lead at Zup Innovation, with experience in developing the SuperApp for Porto Seguro, where responsibilities include overseeing product discovery, UX, UI, prototyping, and collaboration with multiple teams. Previously, at BW4 Desenvolvimento em Tecnologia da Informação, Alessandra served as a Product Designer for a digital platform (ERP SaaS), managing processes and team integration. Alessandra's earlier roles include Software Engineer at both BW4 and Único Desenvolvimento, focusing on cloud platform management and ERP/CRM development. Start of the career at Grupo Ripel involved UI design and software engineering for an ERP web platform. Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology Management at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
