Bárbara Olmos

Bárbara Olmos is a Transformation Lead and Product Manager currently working at Zup Innovation, where they manage the development and strategy of digital experiences for Itaú, overseeing multiple teams and implementing agile methodologies. They previously worked at FitBank as a Product Owner, focusing on financial products and customer experience. Bárbara has also held internship positions at Citi, Itaú Unibanco, and Westwing Brasil, where they gained experience in product management and project improvement. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and are pursuing an MBA in Digital Transformation at FIAP.
