Clara Ribeiro

Clara Ribeiro has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Clara recently worked at Zup Innovation as the Head of Corporate Communications and prior to that, they served as the Head of Remote Work and Future of Work - Employee Experience. Clara also held the position of Head of Corporate Communications and Events at StackSpot.

Before these roles, Clara worked at Loft where they were the CX Strategy and Culture lead, a Product Manager, and a Customer Experience Manager. Prior to Loft, they gained valuable experience at 99, where they held multiple positions including User Research Coordinator, Experience Specialist, Performance & Quality Assurance Lead, and Key Account Executive.
