Rafael Baeta

Rafael Baeta is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system development, particularly within the banking and academic sectors. Since September 2017, Rafael has been with Zup Innovation, holding multiple titles such as Analista de desenvolvimento especialista and Líder técnico, where contributions to significant banking systems have included full-stack development and involvement in requirements gathering and architectural design. Prior to Zup Innovation, Rafael worked at Anima Educação for over six years, focusing on academia-related systems, and held various roles in earlier positions, including technical development at STK Consultoria and ADDX. Rafael holds a degree in Information Systems from Centro Universitário UNA, completed in 2010.
