Raphael Freitas

Raphael Freitas is an accomplished Agile Coach and Transformation Lead at Zup Innovation, focusing on strategizing and defining initiatives for various business sectors within Itaú since February 2021. Prior to this, Raphael served as a Senior Scrum Master at BHS for Santander from October 2018 to February 2021, leading software projects through agile methodologies and supporting product owners in prioritization and ROI assessments. A background in agile project management and solution architecture was developed during tenure at Telemont Engenharia de Telecomunicações, where Raphael held roles as an Architect and Systems Programmer between December 2010 and October 2018. Earlier experiences include positions in support analysis and system development at Update Tecnologia LTDA and Decoralita Indústria e Comércio LTDA. Raphael holds a postgraduate degree in Agile Project Management from IETEC and a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Anhanguera Educacional.
