Rud Passos

Rud Passos is a seasoned UX/UI Senior Designer with extensive experience across various industries, including finance, automotive, and energy. Currently at Zup Innovation, Rud Passos focuses on projects for Itaú since October 2021. Prior experience includes a senior role at Stefanini Brasil for Honda Connect Car and significant contributions to Comerc Energia in developing usability solutions. Rud Passos co-founded Nave Mãe and has held multiple design and art director positions, including at Team Zeroth and Sinergia Games, leading projects in user experience for games. Additionally, Rud Passos has a background in illustration and layout for children's literature and offers educational support at the Federal University of Bahia. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Design from Universidade Federal da Bahia and ongoing studies in Digital Product Design at Tera.
