Shivam Bali has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and gaming industries. Shivam started their career as an Industrial Trainee at The Leela Palaces, Hotels, and Resorts in 2011. Shivam then worked as a Reservations Sales Agent at Hilton Worldwide from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for guests.

In 2015, Shivam joined Goibibo as a Travel Sale Consultant, where they primarily handled post-sale queries and worked towards converting dissatisfied customers to satisfied ones. Shivam also engaged in cold calling for bulk bookings.

From 2016 to 2018, Shivam worked as a Senior Sales Consultant at Adda52.com, where they were responsible for B2C business development and achieving sales targets. Shivam analyzed customer requirements, suggested suitable options, and focused on customer retention.
