Mark Prové

Mark Prové is an experienced consultant currently working with Zuppe and Crowbond Foodservice since 2020. Prior to this, Mark founded Salad Days in 2015, establishing a food D2M platform, and co-founded Salad Days Events Limited, which addressed the demand for fresh, balanced foods at public events. Mark also founded Autumn Yard, a casual dining spot in Hackney, and served as a project manager for a collaborative marketing initiative with Weight Watchers UK. Early career experience includes a managerial role at Leon Restaurants from 2009 to 2011. Mark holds a degree in Economics and Politics Public Policy from Goldsmiths, University of London.
