Ashlin Bodasing

Ashlin Bodasing has twenty years of experience in the environmental consulting industry, managing various industrial and infrastructural projects, including powerlines, substations, and renewable energy initiatives. They served as the sole Environmental Officer at Glencore Xstrata Coal South Africa for the Tweefontein Optimisation Project and have also worked internationally in Lesotho, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique. Currently, Ashlin is the Discipline Lead: Environmental Sustainability at Zutari in Cape Town, where they lead a team of environmental assessment practitioners. They are a registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner with EAPASA, specializing in Environmental Impact Assessments, compliance monitoring, and environmental management plans. Ashlin earned a BSOCSCI in Environmental Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
