Dirk Trollip

Dirk Trollip is currently the Client Director for Property and Land at Zutari, where they lead the market strategy and oversee the successful delivery of engineering and advisory work for built environment clients. With a career spanning over 28 years, Dirk has held various leadership roles, including Director at AMI Town and Regional Planner Inc., Group Business Development Director at UMS Holdings, and Business Development Manager at Aurecon. Dirk holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Town and Regional Planning and an Honours degree in Sociology with a specialization in Demography from the University of Pretoria. They have represented Zutari at numerous national and international property industry events and maintain a wide network of public and private sector clients.
