Mark Owles

Mark Owles is a seasoned professional in the field of civil engineering, having held various roles from Graduate Engineer to Director of Roads and Highways. They began their career at Gifford, progressing to senior positions at Ramboll and Aurecon, where they contributed significantly to large-scale highways projects, often as the lead Drainage Engineer. Currently serving as the Director of Roads and Highways at Zutari, Mark continues to apply their expertise in complex infrastructure developments. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Southampton University.
