Christian Eckert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, environmental policy, and industrial associations. Currently serving as Director of Sustainability & Environment and Managing Director of the Section Batteries at ZVEI e.V., Christian has also held positions such as Secretary General at the European Power Tool Association (EPTA) and Managing Director of the Sections for Power Tools and Welding Equipment at ZVEI e.V. Additionally, Christian has managed the Household Appliances sector at ZVEI e.V. and worked in the Office of The President at IHK Erfurt. Christian holds a Diplom in Volkswirtschaft from Friedrich Schiller University Jena and studied at Universitat de Leida in Spain.
