David Johnson

David Johnson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience as a Board Director, CEO, COO, and CFO in both public and private companies. They served as President and Corporate CFO of Rainbow Reward Holdings, LTD from 2006 to 2008 and held a senior position at Sodak Gaming, Inc., where they significantly increased shareholder value. Currently, David is a Board Member and Chairman of the Board at Visiting Ancillary Services and manages C Squared Solutions LLC, focusing on solving complex business challenges. They are also involved with zvelo, Inc. as a Board Member. David co-founded High 5 Kids Care and has held various consulting and executive roles throughout their career. They earned a degree from the University of Southern California.
