Michael S.

Michael S. has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Junior Developer role at Enigma Interactive in 2005. Michael then moved to Haymarket Media Group in 2007, where they worked as a Developer on a portfolio of high traffic websites. In 2013, Michael S. joined Condé Nast as a Software Developer, and then moved to Reward in 2014 in a Senior Developer role. In 2017, they worked as a Senior Web Developer at MrLender.com, as well as a Lead Consultant at Amido (now Ensono Digital). That same year, Michael S. also joined KPMG UK as a Software Developer. In 2021, they returned to Reward as a Senior Developer and in 2022, they became the Head of Engineering at Zwapgrid. In this role, Michael S. is responsible for managing a team of engineers, identifying and interviewing new candidates, defining a vision for architecture and engineering practises, and ensuring efficient use of software.

Michael S. attended Dominican College Portstewart from 1996 to 2003, after which they went on to study Computer Science (Distributed Systems) at Newcastle University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in 2007.
