Deepali Sharma

Deepali Sharma is an experienced Strategic HR Leader in Talent Management at Zycus since July 2010, where the focus has evolved from Tactical to a more strategic HR Business Partner and Change Agent. Core competencies include business partner HR, employee relations and engagement, and global HR initiatives. Prior experience includes serving on the HR Shared Services Team at Syntel from October 2007 to February 2010, overseeing India HR operations and contributing to process standardization and automation efforts. Deepali began a career in human resources as an HR Generalist at Blue Star Infotech from March 2005 to September 2007, where foundational HR principles were established, framing the HR function's vision. Educational qualifications include a degree from the MET Institute of Management Studies obtained between 2007 and 2010, a degree from Aligarh Muslim University from 2003 to 2007, and studies at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies from 2004 to 2005, as well as ongoing professional development through ISTD since 2013.
