Mandar Gharat has work experience starting from 2012. मंदार began as a Senior Web Designer at Chic Infotech from April 2012 to December 2013. Afterward, they joined CBONLINE PVT LTD as a Web Designer from December 2013 to May 2015. Following that, they worked at Trunkoz Group as a Ui Designer from June 2015 to May 2017. Since September 2017, Mandar has been associated with Zycus, where they have held various roles such as Associate UI Design Lead, UI Designer, and currently serves as a Design Lead.

मंदार घरत completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Science from W.M.M.V. High School, where they studied from 1994 to 2004. मंदार also holds additional certifications in "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate" from Coursera and "Motion Design with Figma: Animations, Motion Graphics, UX/UI" from Udemy: Online Courses, obtained in 2023 and 2022 respectively.
