Shivkumar Agarwal

Shivkumar Agarwal is currently the Director of Product Management at Zycus, having held this position since October 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager at Icertis for a brief period in late 2018 and as Senior Product Manager at GE from June 2007 to November 2018. At GE, Shivkumar led significant initiatives including product management for the Supplier Connect platform, overseeing a supplier base of approximately one million and managing the global transformation of the $40 billion Procure-to-Pay platform. Additional roles at GE involved contract management and the establishment of a Contracts & eAuction Centre of Excellence. Before GE, Shivkumar gained experience as a Management Intern at Microsoft and as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Systems from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a BE in Computer Engineering from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
