Prem Kumar

Prem Kumar is a seasoned HR and Training professional currently serving as a Senior Associate in HR & Admin at Zydus Group, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Prem held the role of Assistant Manager at TRB Group, where responsibilities included developing training calendars and standard operating procedures. Experience also includes a position as Senior Trainer at Hero MotoCorp Ltd, focusing on induction training and recruitment support, as well as serving as a Technical Trainer in the same organization, responsible for training calendar management.
