Currently serving as Senior Director of Quality and Senior Director of Quality Control at Zymeworks Inc. since December 2020, Adam previously held the position of Head of Sterility Assurance and Microbial Control at Lonza from February 2002 to December 2020. Adam's career initiated at Celltech Biologics as a QC Analyst and progressed through various roles, including Senior Quality Control Analyst at Lonza and Senior Scientist at Dow Chemical. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of New Hampshire, completed in 1995.
