Kara C.

Kara C. is an experienced compensation analyst currently employed at Zymeworks Inc. since April 2023. Previously, Kara served as an analyst in executive compensation at Willis Towers Watson from December 2020 to August 2022 and held various roles in human resources at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts between November 2017 and October 2020, including associate in talent management and human resources associate.
