Steve Booth

Steve Booth is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in pharmacokinetics and clinical pharmacology. At Zymeworks Inc. from January 2020 to June 2024, Steve held several senior positions including Senior Scientist in Clinical Pharmacology & Bioanalysis, Senior Research Scientist, and Group Lead for the Pharmacokinetics Group focused on multispecific antibody therapeutics. Prior to this role, Steve worked at the Centre for Heart Lung Innovation from January 2015 to January 2020, serving as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and completing a PhD as a student in Pharmacology & Therapeutics at The University of British Columbia. Steve began the career as a Clinical Trial Biomarker Analyst at Medicines Evaluation Unit Ltd, where responsibilities included the development and validation of biomarker assays for clinical studies under GCLP standards. Educational credentials also include an MSc in Analytical Bioscience and Molecular Drug Design from The University of Salford.
