Ray Mannion

Ray Mannion is the current Vice President of Manufacturing at Zynerba Pharma. Ray has also previously served as the Vice President of Commercial Manufacturing at NuPathe Inc. from June 2013 to May 2014, and as the Vice President of Operations at PuriCore from August 2005 to October 2012.

Mannion has extensive experience in overseeing various aspects of company operations, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, supply chain management, and information technology. Ray has a proven track record in successfully leading and executing strategic plans, negotiating agreements with key suppliers and consultants, and consistently passing regulatory audits.

During their tenure at PuriCore, Mannion was responsible for guiding the company through a period of significant growth, from $13 million in revenue in 2005 to $47.4 million in 2012. Ray also played a key role in reducing the unit cost of PuriCore's primary product by 28% between 2005 and 2011, and in improving gross margins by 11% between 2008 and 2011. In addition, they successfully introduced several new products to the US market, including the UK endoscopy market and the US bottled wound care solution market.

Ray Mannion has a MBA from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University. Ray also attended David Brearley Regional High School.
