Crystal S. has over 14 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry, specializing in user experience and art direction. They grew Self Aware Games' art organization from a solo operation in 2009 to a thriving team of over 40 full-time staff members. Crystal was instrumental in fostering a culture of mentorship, equity, and inclusion, leading their teams through significant transitions in leadership and work models. Currently, they are a Co-Founder at Stealth Green Games Co., focusing on game concepts that promote climate-positive behavioral change, and they hold the position of Sr. Director of Art at Zynga.
