Molly Sheets

Molly Sheets is a seasoned engineering and game development professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering, Kubernetes at Zynga since September 2022, Molly leads a team of experts in container technologies. Previous experience includes a tenure at Amazon Web Services as a Principal PM-Technical focused on cloud-native 3D development and a role as Principal Solutions Architect for mid-market games, managing significant accounts in the gaming sector. As CEO and co-founder of Ker-Chunk Games, Molly successfully built a profitable free-to-play mobile portfolio. Additional notable positions include Director of IGDA Scholars, where over 600 scholarships were awarded, and contributions at various game studios and organizations, including Mattel's Global Advisory Council. Molly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Moving Image Arts from the College of Santa Fe and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interactive Design & Game Development from Savannah College of Art and Design.
