Michael Anderson

Michael Anderson has worked in various roles within the cybersecurity industry since 2003. Michael began their career as a Western Account Manager for Application Security, Inc. in 2003. Michael then moved to Cyclades-Avocent as an Account Manager in 2005, followed by a role as Director of Sales for MyScore.com in 2008. In 2012, they returned to Application Security as a Western Regional Manager. In 2014, they worked as a Cybersecurity for Leidos, and in 2015 they became a Regional Manager for Prevalent, an IT Vendor Risk Management leader. In 2018, they were a Strategic Account Manager for Onapsis Inc., a company that provides cybersecurity solutions for SAP and Oracle ERP applications. In 2019, they joined Arxan Technologies as a Director Southwest Region, and in 2021 they became a Sr. Director, Health & Wellness for North America at Appdome, a mobile app security company. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Director Advisory Cybersecurity West Coast at Zyston LLC, a MSSP that provides board-level peace of mind in terms of security preparedness.

Michael Anderson has an MS Management from the USC Marshall School of Business in the field of Management and a BSEE from the University of Minnesota in the field of Electrical Engineering.
