Alee Koney

Alee Koney has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They started their career as a Barista at Starbucks Coffee Company in 2008. They then worked as a Customer Service representative and later as a Web Graphic Designer at BuySeasons, Inc. In 2010, they interned as a Graphic Design Intern at Wisconsin Lutheran High School. They then joined Sportsman Channel as a Junior Graphic Designer and later as a Graphic Designer, where they focused on creating marketing materials and digital content. In 2015, they transitioned to Fashion Angels as a Product Development Designer. A few years later, in 2018, Alee joined Zywave, where they worked as an Instructional Designer, progressing to the role of Senior Instructional Designer and then Lead Instructional Designer. At Zywave, they designed and developed training programs, managed integration for corporate acquisitions, and used data analytics to update learning materials. In between their professional roles, Alee also worked as a freelance Graphic Designer under their own company, Alee Koney Designs.

Alee Koney has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic Design from Concordia University-Wisconsin, which was obtained between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, they have a Human Resource Management Diploma from Waukesha County Technical College, which was obtained in 2017. Alee also attended the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design from 2009 to 2010 for Graphic Design studies and Carroll University from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design. Furthermore, Alee has obtained certifications in Value-First Onboarding, Product Launches 101, and User Onboarding 101 from Appcues in 2022.
