Andrew is currently the Vice President of Sales at Zywave, where they oversee all broker sales for the small and mid-market space. Andrew leads a team of Regional VPs, Regional Managers, and Account Executives, and is responsible for revenue growth through sales and expansion into new insurance agencies.
Prior to their current role, Andrew served as the Regional Vice President at Zywave, managing sales for a significant portion of the country. Andrew specialized in revenue growth, sales retention, and expanding into new markets. Andrew also held the position of Vice President SMB Sales, leading a team that focused on driving growth for small to mid-size broker partners across the country.
Before joining Zywave, Andrew worked at Oracle as an Associate Consulting Sales Manager, at PKWARE as an Account Executive, at SEI in Inside Sales, and at HellermannTyton as a Marketing Intern.
Andrew Metz received a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, specifically the Lubar College of Business, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
