Ann Scranton

Ann Scranton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product ownership, business analysis, and client services. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Zywave since March 2021, Ann manages the product development process within an Agile environment, ensuring stakeholder and customer needs are met. Previously, Ann held various roles at ITC- A Zywave Company, including Business Analyst and Software QA Analyst, focusing on verifying product functionality and enhancing user experience. Ann also served as a Data Mapping Specialist, Client Services Administrator at SBI Management Services, Inc., and Co-Manager of Professional Development at The Gottman Institute, showcasing a strong background in program management and database administration. Ann began a career at Seattle Pacific University, coordinating conferences and training staff, while holding a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Theatre from Seattle Pacific University.
