Christy Dinges

Christy Dinges is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience leading people functions across various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Zywave since February 2025, Christy previously held similar roles at Integrate and Perforce Software, where significant contributions included overseeing global HR strategies and participating in successful company sales processes. With a career spanning over two decades, Christy has also served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Rogue Wave Software, VP of People at Parkside Lending, and VP of People at Stella & Dot, among other leadership positions. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s from Arizona State University in Human Relations and Family Development.
