Doug Baker

Doug Baker has extensive experience in user experience research, design, and strategy. Doug has worked in various roles such as Manager, UX Research and Senior User Experience Researcher in companies like Zywave, Forward UX Consulting, Discover Financial Services, and TeamSoft. Doug has conducted user research studies, developed strategic recommendations, built research roadmaps, and managed relationships with clients and professionals in the IT industry. Doug holds a Master of Science in Business Information Technology from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
