Erik Telford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and web development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Zywave since September 2023, Erik leads multiple engineering teams to align technical efforts with company objectives while ensuring high standards in product delivery. Previously, Erik held various positions including Lead Software Engineer at ClarionDoor, Director of Engineering at MicroVentures, and Director of Web Development at Kimbia (now Bonterra). With a background as a freelance musician and composer, Erik combines creative and technical expertise, having also designed web applications and managed teams across multiple organizations. Erik graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Film Scoring from Berklee College of Music in 2001.
