Heidi Feurig

Heidi Feurig has extensive work experience in the fields of customer education, services enablement, learning and development, professional services, and implementation advisory. Heidi worked at Zywave from 2016 onwards, starting as a Senior Implementation Advisor and progressing to positions such as Team Lead, Learning Development Manager, Director of Services Enablement, and currently Director of Customer Education. Before Zywave, they held various roles at Advicent Solutions, including Team Lead, Learning Development Manager, Manager of Professional Services, Director of Partner Services, and Director of Global Support.

Heidi Feurig completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communicative Arts from Wisconsin Lutheran College, from 1996 to 2000.
