Karly Baker

Karly Baker possesses extensive experience in website services and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Website Services at Zywave, Karly focuses on monitoring key performance indicators and enhancing the client journey through strategic thinking and collaboration. Karly’s previous role as Onboarding Project Manager at Insurance Technologies Corp. involved overseeing website design projects and managing the website coordinator team to ensure successful client transitions. Karly began the career as a Website Coordinator at ITC, providing initial customer support for the website builder product. Additional experience includes positions as an In House Designer at VIVO Realty and as an assistant manager at Hibbett Sporting Goods. Karly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design from Texas Woman's University, following an Associate of Arts degree from Tyler Junior College.
