Kevin Richards

Kevin Richards has a strong background in sales and leadership roles. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Regional Vice President of Sales at Zywave, where they oversee all sales and retention efforts for the Partner Region. Kevin leads a team of 24 sales representatives and 4 regional managers across the United States. Prior to their current role, Kevin served as a Regional Vice President of Sales, managing growth and retention strategies for teams of 6-7 reps in various regions. Kevin also built and led Zywave's Canadian sales team during their expansion into the international market. Before joining Zywave, Kevin worked as an Outside Account Executive, selling insurance software solutions and managing partner relationships. Kevin also has experience in outside sales at Payroll 1 and as an Executive Mortgage Banker at Quicken Loans. In addition to their sales roles, Kevin has managerial experience as a Retail Sales and Office Manager at Lakeland Landscaping and Garden Center. Kevin has a proven track record of exceeding quotas, developing teams, and building strong relationships with clients.

Kevin Richards received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
