Kimberly Redding

Kimberly Redding is an experienced Senior Instructional Designer and Learning & Development Specialist at Zywave since November 2019, previously serving as Team Lead and Instructional Designer at the same company from December 2017 to August 2019. Prior to Zywave, Kimberly held positions as a Learning Design Specialist and Instructional Designer at Herzing University from June 2015 to December 2017, and worked as a Science Teacher at St. Thomas More High School from August 2014 to June 2015. Kimberly also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Rasmussen College between January 2008 and March 2015, and taught Science at Warren Township High School for a decade from August 2004 to May 2014. Educationally, Kimberly Redding holds a Master’s Degree in Education, specializing in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University, a Master’s Degree in Geosciences from Mississippi State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, General Science, from Northern Michigan University.
