Melanie Devos, CIC, AIS, currently serves as a Senior RevOps Specialist at Zywave since November 2021, following roles in RevOps Management and Customer Success. Previously, Melanie worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Pinion Solutions Group from June 2021 to June 2024. A significant portion of Melanie's career was spent at Assurance, a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC company, where roles included Vice President of Client Services and Senior Vice President of Client Services - P&C, focusing on enhancing client service platforms. Early experiences include positions as Client Services Director, Account Manager, Client Services Representative at Assurance, and roles in various organizations, including Palatine Animal Hospital and Arthur J.
