Sarah Woods, M.A. PHR, is a highly experienced Talent Development Manager at Zywave, where responsibilities include the design and delivery of leadership enablement programs fostering an inclusive culture of learning. As a Talent & Learning Consultant at EMPATHID LLC, Sarah focuses on talent and learning strategy, leadership development, and executive coaching. Previous roles include Talent Manager at Pandora, where Sarah enhanced performance through leadership programs and diversity initiatives, and Digital Learning Developer, specializing in instructional design. Early in their career, Sarah worked as an Education Associate at the National Association of Educational Procurement and a Visual Art Teacher in Baltimore City Public Schools. Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor of Science in Fine and Studio Arts/Graphic Design from Towson University.
